Follow the attached guide to share your calendar.
Step 1. Go to the Calendar in Outlook and right-click on the requested calendar --> Share --> Share calendar.
Step 2. Add the requester to the “To” field and type a message, and send it. Once they accept they will find it in their Calendars tab in Outlook.
Step 3. Right-click on the calendar again and Share --> Calendar permissions.
Step 4. From the permissions tab, select the permissions request that you want to grant. Select Publishing Editor to grant full view and editing of your calendar.
Step 6. (If someone has shared their calendar with you.) You will need to change a setting to allow for proper communication. In Outlook got to File --> Info --> Account Settings --> E-mail --> Change. On the next page you will need to click more settings on the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 7. Select the advanced tab and make sure that download shared folders is not checked (if this is checked then changes made by the owner WILL NOT UPDATE properly.)
