How to change your Voicemail from your handset

1. Click the Mail Icon on your phone

1. Enter in your PIN, #, 2,2,2,3 to get to the Change VM option
2. Follow the instructions to record your VM greeting!

How to change your Voicemail from Online

1. Log in to your RingCentral online account.
2. Go to Settings > Message. 
3.  Under User Hours click Edit below Voicemail Greeting. 
4. Select Custom under Set Greeting. If you have an existing greeting, click the red button first to see the recording options. 
   

   
   a. Click Phone.
   b. Under Call me at, enter the phone number you want to use to record the voicemail greeting. If you have any phone number specified in your Call Handling & Forwarding settings, those numbers are provided to you as options as well.
   c. Click Call Now.
   d. Follow the prompts to record the voicemail greeting over the phone.
   e. Click Done.
   f. Click Save.

5.  Click Done

How to change your Voicemail from the app

1. Log into your Mobile App
2. Go to My Profile
3. Go to Voicemail > Greeting
4. Select Custom
5. Record your custom Voicemail Greeting.
