You must be connected to the PRM NetExtender VPN, or connected to the network in a PRM office before continuing:
1. Close any open Office applications. This includes: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, OneNote.
2. Hit the Windows icon in the bottom left hand side of your screen. (see image)
3. Type in Software Center (Just start typing it will auto search as you type)
A new window should open:
Click on the Software Center app or just press Enter
4. Software Center will open up to the Applications window. On the right side you should see a list of different program names. Look for Office 2019 Pro Plus
5. Click Office 2019 Pro Plus, and if you're sure all of your Office programs are closed, then click the Install button.
6. It will begin the download and installation process. Leave your computer on and stay connected to the VPN or PRM network, and do not try to use any Office programs (including Outlook) until it is finished. It usually completes in approx. 20-30 minutes.
