Ring Central Video

RingCentral Video is a video meetings solution that lets you start, schedule, or join meetings from anywhere and on any device, including browser, desktop, and mobile.

To use RingCentral Video, make sure that you are up to date. If you aren't sure if you are using the right app, just ask or submit a ticket!

You can start and manage your meetings in the RingCentral app via the left-hand navigation bar in the Video menu. From there, you can:

a. start, schedule, and join meetings

b. manage your meetings

c. view meeting recordings

What are the features of RingCentral Video

When you’re using RingCentral Video, you’ll have access to the following tools and features:

  • Joining a meeting from your desktop, web browser, or mobile device at any time
  • Scheduling meetings for yourself or others from the RingCentral app or your Google or Outlook calendar using RingCentral calendar add-ins
  • Switching between desktop and mobile devices during a live meeting
  • Switching from a phone call to a meeting to sharing your screen with a click of a button
  • Starting and sharing meeting recordings
  • Chat with other participants publicly or privately
  • Using Virtual Background to liven your meetings with the background of your choosing
  • Enabling Closed Captions for when you have troubling hearing the meeting
  • Protecting your meeting with security settings such as password enabled meetings, waiting rooms, and more

What are the supported video conferencing software of RingCentral Video?

You can sync your Outlook or Google calendar with the RingCentral app, so all your meetings are in one place.


The RingCentral app also supports joining scheduled meetings on other video conferencing software. If you sync your calendar, the following meeting links will also have a Join button in the RingCentral app:
