Enable Waiting Room for Extension Settings

  1. Sign into your Ring Central Account.
  2. Go to Settings > Meetings.
  3. Scroll down to In Meeting (Advanced), then toggle switch to enable Waiting room.

How It Works When Enabled

• If Waiting Room is enabled, Enable join before host option is automatically disabled.
• Manage Participants icon will illuminate when a new Participant joins the meeting.
• The Host can click Admit to let in the new Participant immediately or click See waiting room if two or more Participants are joining the meeting.
• The Host can also click Admit all to admit all Participants in the Waiting Room. The Host can also hover on a Participant's name to Admit or Remove Participants one at a time.
