Sometimes you may need to control who and what can be shared within a RingCentral Meeting. 

This can only be controlled on a per-meeting basis so you will need to be in the meeting to control this. 

Once you have the meeting going navigate to your meeting bar and click the more options next to the "Share" button:

This will pop-up the Advanced Sharing Options dialogue box:

Who can share?
• Only Host - Screen Sharing becomes only available to the Host. If the Host selects this option during a meeting while a participant is sharing their screen, screen sharing will stop.
• All Participants -  Allows all other other participants to share their screen.

Who can start sharing when someone else is sharing?
Choosing the corresponding option will allow either only the Host or All Participants to start screen sharing when someone else is sharing.
NOTE: The prior screen sharing session will be stopped when another participant shares their screen.
