While in the transition period, users with RingCentral Meetings (RCM) accounts will be upgraded to RingCentral Video (RCV). During that time, new meetings will be scheduled as RingCentral Video meetings, while meetings that were scheduled as RCM meetings will remain accessible. However, RCV users will no longer be able to host or schedule meetings on the RCM app platform, as the two are separate products that do not share meeting data or user ID information. When the upgrade is complete, RCM meetings will no longer be available. You are encouraged to reschedule RCM meetings in RCV before the end of the upgrade period. You have the option to reschedule meetings in bulk.
To learn more about rescheduling RCM meetings as RCV in Outlook, see RingCentral app | Using the Calendar Migration Tool on Outlook meeting invites.
Contact your system admin for information about your organization's upgrade dates.
