Logging into Mimecast from Outlook

 

From Outlook, you should have a Mimecast tab at the top of the program.  Once you click that tab.  You should have an option called “Account Settings.”  Clicking that will open Mimecast.

Once Mimecast opens, you will have three options. You can ignore the first two as we don’t use them. Click the Authenticate button next to Domain Authentication. You will just need to put in your Windows password.

After you enter in your password, you will be asked to add a 6-digit code. Open your authenticator app to view what the code is and enter it into Mimecast within Outlook like so:
